Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading consultancy delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong MEP background to join a dynamic team based in Central Manchester. This position plays a key role in delivering major infrastructure schemes and could lead to long-term project involvement with a prestigious client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex infrastructure projects from RIBA Stage 3 5.

• Oversee the coordination of design, procurement, and commissioning of MEP services.

• Manage project teams and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Ensure robust technical compliance across HVAC, BMS, Fire, and Electrical systems.

• Support the delivery of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions across diverse sectors.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with an MEP background must have started your career in MEP.

• Track record of delivering large infrastructure projects such as data centres, rail, airports, healthcare, or commercial buildings.

• Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEng MIMechE) or equivalent.

• Additional qualifications such as LEED AP or HK BEAM Pro are highly desirable.

• Strong leadership skills in design management, execution, and commissioning.
