The role
As a key member of the Transformation & Strategic Change Leadership Team, you will deliver projects across our airports in Manchester, London Stansted, and East Midlands. Your responsibilities include planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress, budgets, and risks to ensure successful delivery within schedule, budget, and quality constraints. You will also line-manage and mentor Project Managers, supporting their development and career progression.
What will make you successful in the role?
You should be an experienced Senior Project Manager with PRINCE2 and/or APM certification. Experience in large-scale change or transformation projects, financial planning, and effective communication at all organizational levels is essential. Previous line management experience, with a focus on team performance and development, is also required.
