Mace is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Manchester. You will drive projects from design through handover, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver on time, to budget and to quality standards.
The role requires on-site attendance four days a week with one day of flexible/home working, strong risk and change-control practices, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement across project teams.

As Project Manager, you will take a leading role in overseeing projects through design, procurement, construction, and handover. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality objectives.
You will be responsible for providing leadership across the project lifecycle, managing risks and opportunities, driving programme performance, and ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
This role is site-based, requiring attendance on-site four days per week, with one day of flexible/home working.
