Our Asset Management & Technical Services team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our office in Inverness. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects within strict deadlines and budgets, coordinating resources, and managing team members and contractors. The role involves defining project objectives and overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Duties Include:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business objectives.
• Develop project plans and communication documents.
• Estimate resources and participants needed.
• Draft and manage budgets.
• Negotiate staffing needs and recruit as necessary.
• Manage project expectations and dependencies.
• Schedule timelines and milestones.
• Track progress and develop reports.
• Manage scope changes and develop contingency plans.
• Conduct post-project reviews and develop best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven senior engineering experience.
• Understanding of civil, mechanical, electrical disciplines in water sector.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with NEC contracts preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
