Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a developer/contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager / Project Lead for a 120-unit residential scheme in Hounslow, West London. You will report to the Construction Director and lead project delivery on site.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading residential schemes above 80 units, preferably with a well-known contractor or developer. Salary £100k–£110k plus full package and bonus.

Our client is a developer/contractor undertaking new build residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager / Project Lead to delivery a 120 unit scheme in Hounslow, West London.

The position will report into the Construction Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading residential schemes in excess of 80 units. It is essential you have previously worked for a well-known contractor or developer.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £100k - £110k + full package & bonus
