Job summary

Londinium Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a prestigious London-based residential developer delivering high-end residences, including luxury town houses and private estates.

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will manage programmes, site teams and specialist subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety and budget adherence while maintaining close client, consultant and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the successful delivery of high-end residential projects
• Managing projects from programme through to completion

• Managing programme, health & safety, quality and commercial performance
• Building strong relationships with the specialist supply chain
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within agreed budgets

Job description

Our client is a highly regarded residential developer with a strong pipeline of major schemes across London and the South East. With continued growth and several projects progressing through the pipeline, they are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Project Manager.

Working on behalf of UHNW private clients, the business specialises in exceptional one off residences, including luxury town houses, mansions and private estates. Their portfolio includes projects across some of London's most sought after locations.

The quality of their work is genuinely at the very top end of the residential construction market.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to become an important part of the construction team.

The Role
