Job summary

Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd client is seeking two experienced Senior Design Managers on a permanent basis to lead design for £100m+ mixed-use residential schemes in North West London and East London.

Reporting to the Design Director, you will require a track record on large mixed-use residential schemes for major contractors and will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary (£100k-£110k) plus a full package and bonus.

Our client specialises in property, office investments, hospitality, and construction. They have assets valued up to £3billion.

Now seeking two experienced Senior Design Managers on a permanent basis. Both positions will be design leading £100m+ mixed use residential schemes. One will be in North West London and the other in East London.

The position will report into the Design Director.

We require individuals to have previous experience on large mixed use residential schemes for well known contractors.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £100k - £110k + full package & bonus on top
