Qualifications

• 6+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy.
• Track record delivering projects under JCT contract.
• Experienced on new build, cut and carve, CAT A or CAT B.
• Chartered or on pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent) preferred.

This market leading project management consultancy work with tier one real estate developer and investor clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio.

They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their London team due to a number of new projects coming live in Q4 2026, these are a mix of office, retail and hospitality new build, cut/carve and CAT A with contract values £10m-£80m.
