Job summary

Baltimore Consulting seeks a Senior Project Manager in London to lead a high-profile regeneration and environmental programme. You will oversee Phase 1 delivery and shape Phase 2, driving Biodiversity Net Gain and broader ecological initiatives.

In this interim role you will manage consultants, budgets, governance and reporting to senior leadership, building partnerships with environmental agencies and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex regeneration, environmental, infrastructure or place-based projects.
• Strong understanding of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG), environmental compliance, ecological mitigation and habitat creation.
• Experience preparing reports and presenting recommendations to senior leadership and decision-making boards.
• Knowledge of planning processes, project approvals, feasibility studies and commissioning specialist consultants.
• Previous experience within a local authority environment and delivery of parks, open space or nature-based projects is highly desirable.

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a high-profile regeneration and environmental programme? This is an exciting interim assignment where you will provide leadership for the delivery of a major programme, overseeing Phase 1 completion, shaping Phase 2 development and driving ambitious Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) initiatives. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work across multiple stakeholders, manage complex project governance and play a pivotal role in delivering long-term environmental and community benefits.

Your Role as Senior Project Manager:
