TradingHub is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery of strategic, cross-functional projects within the Engineering team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will coordinate planning through production, balancing long-term roadmaps with sprint cycles, and provide clear visibility to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects across multiple teams.
• Proven track record of complex, business-critical projects across software/fintech environments.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools and best practices.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract and take ownership of the delivery of strategic, cross-functional projects across our Engineering teams.

Sitting within Engineering, you will drive medium to long-term initiatives from planning through to production, coordinating delivery across distributed teams while providing clear, regular visibility to senior stakeholders. You'll balance longer-term project roadmaps with short-term sprint and release cycles, ensuring teams are always aligned on our deliverables pipeline.

This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role for an experienced project leader who brings structure, momentum and transparency to complex programmes of work in a fast‑paced technology environment.

Requirements

• Experience in project management roles, delivering projects of varying scale to scope and timelines.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, business‑critical projects across multiple teams.
• Experience working in software, fintech or other technology‑led environments; financial markets experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a results‑driven, continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with proven experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and delegation skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
