Job summary

TradingHub is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract within our Engineering organisation in Greater London. You will own strategic, cross-functional delivery across distributed teams and balance long-term roadmaps with sprint cycles.

You will lead with structure, momentum and transparency, coordinating planning, execution and stakeholder reporting in a fast-paced fintech environment. Strong PM discipline and delivery focus are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management delivering varied scope and timelines.
• Proven track record managing complex, business-critical projects across multiple teams.
• Experience in software/fintech or tech-led environments; financial markets preferred.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

• Excellent time management, prioritisation and delegation under pressure.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract and take ownership of the delivery of strategic, cross-functional projects across our Engineering teams.

Sitting within Engineering, you will drive medium to long-term initiatives from planning through to production, coordinating delivery across distributed teams while providing clear, regular visibility to senior stakeholders. You'll balance longer-term project roadmaps with short-term sprint and release cycles, ensuring teams are always aligned on our deliverables pipeline.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for an experienced project leader who brings structure, momentum and transparency to complex programmes of work in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Experience working in software, fintech or other technology-led environments; financial markets experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven, continuous-improvement mindset.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with proven experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Excellent time management, prioritisation and delegation skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
