Job description

Socially Powerful is a global social media marketing agency offering bespoke, end-to-end services to our clients. Our rapidly growing team of creatives, strategists, designers, editors, and account managers work together to create impactful content for our list of global brands, covering FMCG, fashion, beauty, and tech.

About the role

Project Management sits at the heart of the agency operations, acting as the connective tissue between account management, campaign delivery, creative and production teams. In this role, you will be embedded within the accounts team, and work closely with the account leads but also work closely with operations, finance and resourcing, as well as a variety of client-side stakeholders, to independently and proactively lead the delivery of multiple campaigns across some of our most complex accounts.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the commercial delivery and workflow of a portfolio of integrated social and influencer campaigns for our client who are US-headquartered. You will manage budgets, agendas, timelines, and cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted point of contact for clients and account leadership on all matters of delivery.

You will be a proactive problem-solver and an asset for account leads. You’ll also act a mentor to junior members of the team, and a key contributor to the agency's operational excellence - overseeing project delivery and commercial performance.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced creative, influencer, social, or digital agency.
  • Proven experience managing commercial delivery: budgets, forecasting, margin and billing, not just timelines.
  • Experience working with US clients or stakeholders, with an understanding of US commercial and communication norms.
  • Genuine passion for influencer and performance marketing.
  • Exceptional organisation and ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to an extremely high standard, in a fast-paced environment, while always maintaining an eye for detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with problems in a logical and efficient way.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communication and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.
  • Demonstrable experience as a project lead on sizeable client accounts, coordinating members of the Accounts, Creative, and Production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Hands-on knowledge of influencer or creator marketing workflows is highly desirable.
  • Skilled with spreadsheets & project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Teamwork) and comfortable building reporting from them.
  • Experience in team management and developing and facilitating successful delivery of campaigns from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as a day-to-day client contact for project delivery, building trusted relationships with US-based marketing and brand stakeholders.
  • Owning commercial delivery of projects, including scoping, budgeting, forecasting, margin tracking and billing, working closely with finance and account leads.
  • Proactively managing scope, flagging and pricing change requests before they erode timelines or margin.
  • Supporting SOW and contract development, ensuring deliverables, timelines and commercial terms are clearly documented and agreed before kick-off.
  • Building and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines and critical paths across multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Managing complex, interdependent workflows spanning creative development, content production, influencer/creator contracting and paid amplification.
  • Coordinating influencer and creator logistics where required, including briefs, contracts, content review cycles, usage rights and deliverable tracking.
  • Proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks and dependencies, and driving resolution before they impact timelines or quality, flagging concerns to the team alongside suggested solutions.
  • Sharing clear and thorough updates and reporting with clients regularly over email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Presenting project status, risks and financials clearly and confidently to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
  • Managing resourcing across creative, content, production and influencer/talent teams, balancing capacity against a shifting pipeline of campaigns.
  • Chairing kick-offs, stand-ups, status calls and retrospectives, ensuring the right people are aligned at the right time.
  • Acting as a mentor and manager for junior team members, facilitating their learning and development.
  • Owning project management tooling and reporting, ensuring data integrity for accurate forecasting and resourcing.
  • Running structured post-campaign reviews, capturing learnings and feeding process improvements back into the wider team.
  • Hybrid working with 3 office days required
  • 25 days paid annual leave per year
  • Free-to-use office gym
