Role Overview: Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of high-profile projects. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. If you are passionate about overseeing complex schemes and have strong leadership abilities, this opportunity could be a perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction consultancy sector, specifically in Life Science, Research, or Higher Education projects.
• Experience throughout all RIBA stages.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in construction management, engineering, or related field).
• Professional membership (MRICS, MICE, CHPP, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
