Job summary

Reds10 is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-profile construction projects across education, defence, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors in the UK.

You will oversee delivery through preconstruction and construction, drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Reds10 is on the lookout for a driven client-facing Senior Project Manager to take the lead on delivering high-impact projects.

This is a key role that involves managing multiple projects, overseeing delivery through both preconstruction and construction.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale, high-profile construction projects with complexity and ambition.
• Inspiring leader and confident communicator, skilled at guiding and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• In-depth expertise in risk management, opportunity identification, and effective change control.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and a passion for modern methods of construction and innovation (desirable).
• Deep commitment to health, safety, and sustainability at every stage of project delivery.
• Well-versed in all phases of the project lifecycle, with hands-on experience in both preconstruction and construction delivery
• Degree in Project/Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrable experience in project management throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Membership of (or working towards) a professional body, e.g. CIOB, RICS. (Desirable)

Please note that eligibility for UK security clearance (5 years uninterrupted UK residency) will be required for this role.
