Job summary

Cityscape Consult is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Glasgow to lead multi-disciplinary teams on a diverse portfolio across Scotland & Northern England. You will own projects from inception to completion, acting as the key client contact and ensuring delivery against time, cost and quality targets.

The role involves managing programmes, budgets and risks while fostering strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven construction project management experience in a consultancy or contractor.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering retail, commercial, hospitality or industrial projects.
• Commercially aware, organised and delivery focused.
• Professional qualification or membership (RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent) desirable.

Cityscape is working with an established independent construction and property consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager in Glasgow, to cover projects in Scotland & Northern England.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK, including a major Retail FM Capital Programme, quick service restaurants, and new-build self-storage facilities.

You'll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, acting as the key client contact and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project programmes, budgets and risks
• Leading consultant and contractor teams
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Monitoring project performance against cost, quality and programme targets
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to business growth

Candidates should have:

• Proven construction project management experience working for a consultancy or contractor
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering retail, commercial, hospitality or industrial projects
• Commercially aware, organised and delivery focused
• Professional qualification or membership (RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent) desirable

A salary up to £70,000 is on offer plus benefits including car allowance, 25 days holiday, life insurance and company pension.
