As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic infrastructure team and lead the delivery of major multidisciplinary design and engineering projects across the defence, nuclear, power or public sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments and wants to take full ownership of project delivery—working closely with clients, leading internal teams, and mentoring the next generation of project managers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead complex infrastructure projects from contract award through to handover and close-out
• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout delivery
• Oversee multidisciplinary design development and ensure aligned delivery programmes
• Drive commercial and technical performance, managing risks, scope changes, and budgets
• Champion coordination between clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain integrated Design, Procurement and Construction programmes
• Monitor project performance using KPIs, resource plans, and cost management systems
• Support, guide and mentor junior project managers and design managers
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality management procedures

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, ideally within the defence, nuclear, power or public sectors
• Background in design management or project management within a design-led environment
• Strong understanding of technical interfaces across civil, structural, MEP and other disciplines
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Sound commercial awareness with experience in contract administration (JCT/NEC)
• Ability to manage project programmes, deliverables, and team coordination with confidence
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar
• Chartered or working towards chartership (e.g., APM, ICE, CIOB, RIBA, etc.)
• Able to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance (SC level)
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects or frameworks
• Familiarity with platforms like Viewpoint, MS Project, or Primavera
• Understanding of BIM Level 2 workflows and sustainability/ESG considerations
• Exposure to secure or classified project environments
