Currie & Brown in Manchester is expanding its Project Management team and seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex programmes across healthcare, education, and logistics/manufacturing. You will own delivery from inception to completion, advise clients, manage budgets, procurement and risk, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Building Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects in healthcare, education, logistics & manufacturing sectors.
• Chartered status (APM/RICS/CIOB or equivalent) or working toward accreditation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Healthcare, Education and Logistics/Manufacturing projects from inception to completion.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing stakeholder relationships and providing strategic project leadership.
• Oversee programmes, budgets, procurement, risk management and governance for successful outcomes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams, driving performance, quality and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the Manchester Project Management team's continued success.

As our North West business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Manchester team, leading the successful delivery of projects across the Healthcare, Education and Logistics/Manufacturing sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile public and private sector clients, taking ownership of complex programmes and helping to shape some of the region's most important developments.

What you'll do

• Lead the successful delivery of Healthcare, Education and Logistics/Manufacturing projects from inception through to completion.

About you

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Building Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects within the Healthcare, Education and/or Logistics & Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management and client-facing skills, gained within a consultancy, client-side or contractor environment.
• Commercially aware, with experience managing programmes, budgets, procurement and project risk.
• Chartered status (APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent) or working towards professional accreditation would be advantageous.
