Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality amenities in residential new build schemes or Sales & Marketing suites? Do you have a proven track record of taking projects from preconstruction through to successful delivery? If so, we want to hear from you!

Salter Grange are partnered with a Tier 1 developer whospecialise in creating exceptional living spaces with top-notch amenities. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Sales & Marketing suites, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction to delivery, ensuring all milestones are met
• Manage the design, planning, and execution of Sales & Marketing suites
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the project
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing resources effectively
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in delivering high end, luxury fit out projects or Sales & Marketing Suites
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
