Role: Senior Project Manager supporting a large-scale Business Change programme, working directly with the Head of Change & Special Projects. These projects are strategically important, potentially involving entity set-up, mergers, sales, organisational change, new business lines, regulatory remediation, digital & data transformation, and performance optimisation.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating Transformation Board and/or business value case submissions for sponsors.
2. Mobilising project teams by documenting milestones, synthesising expert inputs, and setting high-level goals.
3. Accelerating delivery with clear plans and quick wins.
4. Establishing governance frameworks and project rhythms with sponsors and the Head of Change & Special Projects.
