This position calls for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction to deliver project objectives, manage stakeholders, and drive performance.

Description

• Manage project teams and resources to deliver construction projects on time and within budget
• Coordinate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure project objectives are met
• Oversee the project budget, prepare financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
• Resolve any issues or delays to ensure projects stay on track
• Implement and manage quality control processes
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for each project

Profile

A successful 'Senior Project Manager' should have:

• A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or relevant field
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
