At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in delivering our tech-enabled future. We provide full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators.
Mobile networks - We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation, and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects to customer and company standards, managing internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers. Responsibilities include project P&L, revenue targets, KPIs, and collaboration with departments like HSEQ, Commercial, Finance, and PMO. You will also report project information to the Executive Board and work closely with the Client Director and Commercial Department to manage scope and performance recovery initiatives.
Manage delivery through review meetings with acquisition, design, and build staff, and intervene directly to address underperformance, escalating as needed.
