Ganymede is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead highways and infrastructure projects from feasibility through to construction. You will own a diverse portfolio that improves travel, connectivity and safety across communities.

In this hands-on consultancy, you will design and deliver schemes to National Highways standards, manage budgets and multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers while working closely with senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering highways or wider infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of highway design, transport planning, traffic management and infrastructure improvements.
• Experience managing projects, budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or GIS.
• A Civil Engineering degree or relevant qualification.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, or actively working towards it.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of highways and infrastructure projects from concept and feasibility through to construction.
• Oversee schemes involving local and strategic highways, junction improvements, traffic management, active travel and public transport infrastructure.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead technical development, ensuring designs meet relevant National Highways standards, DMRB and road safety requirements.
• Prepare and oversee technical reports, feasibility studies, design documentation and tender packages.
• Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, contractors and wider project stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, helping develop the team's capabilities.
