This business is investing heavily in modernising its technology and operational landscape, and they’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of transformative initiatives across IT, digital systems, and business change.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic IT and business transformation projects
• Managing multiple stakeholders across both technical and business functions
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget
• Driving adoption of new technologies and processes within a property-focused environment
• Supporting change management, governance, and risk mitigation activities

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering IT and business change projects
• Strong background within the property or construction sector (essential)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across senior business and technical audiences
• A structured project management approach (e.g., Prince2, Agile, PMP, etc.)
• A proactive, adaptable, and commercially astute mindset
