Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver large government construction projects in the UK. The role focuses on managing the build programming and co-ordinating trades through the entire cycle.

The candidate will add cost and design input to the delivery process and lead meetings with clients and stakeholders. Long-term, ongoing role with potential for security-cleared government framework experience.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with construction experience in main contractor roles.
• Experience delivering frameworks or large government projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage programming and co-ordinate trades across the build cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction programming through the build cycle and understand sequence and techniques.
• Control programme and co-ordinate trades; adapt as required.
• Add cost and design input to the delivery process and end product.
• Co-ordinate design and project consultants.

Job description

Our Client is a Blue Chip Contractor who are looking for Senior Project Manager to help deliver the construction of a large framework security cleared government projects. Project typically £1million to £15 million.

The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar construction role and have Top Tier or Mid tier, main contractor project experience.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the construction programming through the cycle of the build and be able to understand the construction sequence and techniques employed.
• Programme control and the co-ordination of trades and the ability to adapt this where required.
• Add cost and design input on the delivery process and end product
• Co-Coordinating all design and project consultants
• Managing and chairing meetings with client and stakeholders

The role is long term and on going role.
