Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead technology-enabled transformation projects in the UK, including Cyber and cloud-focused engagements. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership, with hybrid working across Capgemini offices, client sites and home offices.

You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation projects across diverse sectors using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and quality across complex engagements.
• Strong leadership to guide teams, mentor colleagues and drive value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and programmes to deliver agreed outcomes on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing complex commercial discussions.
• Drive engagement objectives, identify value opportunities, and contribute to business growth and bids.
• Act as Programme or Portfolio Manager with governance and financial oversight.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support delivery governance and risk management.
• Work with global teams across regions to ensure consistent delivery.
