Job summary

The GEA Group is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead a team of Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers delivering core technology projects. You will drive safe, efficient execution across the project portfolio and ensure compliance with scope, budget, schedule, quality, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering project delivery in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams, resources and delivery performance.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management, governance, risk, and technical reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the engineering team.
• Ensure delivery of work packages meeting scope, budget, schedule, quality and compliance.
• Develop resource strategies and capacity plans for current and future demands.
• Monitor KPI delivery and take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead engineering design reviews and ensure resulting actions are completed.
