Job summary

CPR is recruiting a Senior Project Engineer for a client-side role at Old Oak Common, London. You will coordinate technical assurance across the station scope, ensuring deliverables meet standards and stage gate requirements.

You will drive interfaces between main works and railway systems while managing risks, changes, and contractor outputs to support long-term delivery through 2032. A Chartered Engineer status is preferred, with relevant CDM and NEC3 experience.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status or active membership of a relevant professional institution is expected, though equivalent experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of national and international standards applicable to stations and UK construction regulations including CDM is required.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methods and interfaces across multi-disciplinary programmes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical assurance across the station scope, reviewing deliverables and stage gate submissions.
• Manage interfaces across contracts and systems, ensuring alignment between main works, railway systems and neighbouring contracts.
• Support management of technical risks and ensure clear communication of engineering issues and changes.
• Discharge NEC3 Supervisor duties and act as Principal Designer Representative under CDM Regulations 2015 where delegated.
