Job summary

Believ in London is seeking a versatile project delivery professional to lead charger adoption and migration initiatives within our Network Performance team. You will manage end-to-end assets, coordinate surveys, and ensure on-time delivery while balancing commercial and technical realities.

You will work in a hybrid setup, travel as needed, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to push our socket adoption programme forward, while keeping safety and customer experience

Qualifications

• 5 years’ relevant experience in project delivery, engineering, or a consultancy role.
• Engineering or technical background required.
• Strong commercial acumen including contract negotiation.
• Hybrid role: Excel in spreadsheet and slide deck; field work.
• Excellent data handling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end charger adoption and migration projects.
• Coordinate asset surveys, asset registers and project flows.
• Negotiate terms with hardware suppliers and service providers.
• Support sales and due diligence on new opportunities.
• Maintain project trackers and reporting to Networks team.
• Ensure safety and customer experience priorities.
