Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to completion
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure technical specifications and project goals are met
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Criteria:

• Degree qualified in an engineering discipline (Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Controls/ Automation)
• Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry (ideally sterile and tablet manufacturing)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical knowledge and detailed understanding of tablet manufacturing in a pharmaceutical environment.
