Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Director for our London office to lead major energy projects across the full lifecycle, from concept through commissioning and handover. The role emphasizes strategic objective setting, governance, and global delivery coordination with BI and clients.

You will drive safety culture, manage budgets, and liaise with senior leadership to secure opportunities and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large-scale EPC/EPCM projects in energy, process, or infrastructure.
• Experience directing multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery with strategic objectives, execution plans and KPIs.
• Engage with customers and key stakeholders as primary point of contact for strategic matters.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule and budget; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Drive EPC(M) execution model and utilize global delivery resources effectively.
• Ensure project governance, standards compliance and continuous improvement.
