Job summary

Built Alliance Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Project Director to lead delivery on major civil infrastructure programmes across the UK. This senior role requires owning client relationships, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, and taking full accountability for commercial and programme outcomes on high-value schemes.

You'll drive procurement strategy, risk management, and value engineering, provide oversight on NEC contract administration and change control, and mentor commercial teams

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
Strong client relationships and governance at director level.
Experience with NEC contracts, cost-reimbursable/Option E, and change control.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of major civil infrastructure programmes across the UK.
Own commercial and programme outcomes and oversee governance and reporting at programme level.
Develop and lead commercial teams, drive procurement strategy, risk management and value engineering.
Provide senior oversight on NEC contract administration, compensation events, and change control.
Support winning new work to progress toward board director level.
