Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd in London is working with a role supporting complex hospitality projects from concept through completion. You will lead design delivery across high-end F&B, spa and large-scale hotel developments, coordinating project teams and providing creative and technical direction.

The ideal candidate has at least eight years of hospitality interior architecture experience and strong AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills, with working knowledge of SketchUp; Revit and Rhino are

Qualifications

• At least eight years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Strong interior architecture and design knowledge.
• Excellent colour, material and composition skills.
• Advanced AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite capability.
• Good working knowledge of SketchUp.
• Revit, Enscape, 3D Studio Max and Rhino experience is advantageous.
• Strong technical, presentation, communication and construction knowledge.
• Experience managing client communication, documentation, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery across high-end hospitality projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate project teams and provide creative and technical direction.
• Ensure documentation and client coordination meet project requirements.

Hunter Dunning is working with a role supporting complex hospitality projects from concept through completion in London. You will lead design delivery across high-end F&B, spa and large-scale hotel developments, coordinating project teams and providing creative and technical direction.

Your Experience

• At least eight years of relevant hospitality experience
• Strong interior architecture and design knowledge
