Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd is partnering with a central Holborn architecture studio to recruit a Project Architect. You will contribute from concept design through to project completion across residential, commercial, mixed-use and data centre developments.

The role emphasizes ARB/RIBA registration, strong Revit capability, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, along with a solid grasp of UK building regulations and documentation.

Qualifications

• ARB and RIBA registered with minimum three years post Part III experience.
• Advanced Revit skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
• Good understanding of UK building regulations detailing and technical documentation requirements.
• Ability to manage and deliver projects or work packages independently or collaboratively.

Hunter Dunning is working with a forward-thinking Architecture studio in central Holborn looking for a Project Architect to join the team. You’ll work across residential, commercial, mixed-use, student accommodation and data centre developments, with involvement from concept design through to completion.

Your Experience

• ARB and RIBA registered with minimum three years post Part III experience
• Advanced Revit skills
