Job summary

Open Age in London is looking for a Senior Project Co-ordinator to lead the Be Active Step-Down Service across Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea. The role is permanent, part-time (28 hours over four days) with hybrid working.

You will recruit and train volunteers, co-ordinate referrals, monitor outcomes and report to funders, helping isolated older people regain confidence, independence and connection after illness.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a project or service and supporting volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the Be Active Step-Down Service across Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea.
• Co-ordinate referrals and match older people with trained volunteers to support exercise programmes.
• Monitor aims, track outcomes, and provide reports to funders and management.
• Recruit, train and support volunteers; line manage the Project Co-ordinator; promote the service.
