Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Senior Project Controls Scheduler for Pharmaceutical Capital Projects. You will build integrated schedules, monitor progress, and manage cash flow and invoices.

The role is based in London with on-site presence 3–4 days a week, supporting clients including those in Cambridge. You will lead planning sessions, challenge contractor schedules, perform critical path analysis, and report via MS Project Online.

Qualifications

• Strong scheduling experience on complex capital or engineering projects.
• Expert-level MS Project, MSP Online and Primavera.
• Confidence in challenging contractors and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of qualification and validation phases (OQ/PQ/PPQ) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project schedules across lifecycle phases, combining client and EPCM programmes.
• Lead planning sessions and validate contractor schedules (design, construction, commissioning).
• Track progress against baselines, perform critical path analysis, flag delays to the Project Manager.
• Assess schedule impact of risks and assist in mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with cost control to extract milestones and produce cash flow forecasts.
• Provide 4–6 week look-ahead schedules and Excel trackers for tasks.
• Report via MS Project Online and present updates at gate reviews.

Key Responsibilities

As a senior Project Controls Scheduler you will play a critical role in ensuring the scheduling, financial health, and overall performance of a project

Our offices are based in London, but we work with clients in Cambridge, being on site 3-4 days a week.

Key responsibilities include,

• Build and maintain integrated project schedules across all lifecycle phases, combining client and EPCM contractor programmes into one unified timeline
• Lead interactive planning sessions and challenge and validate schedules from contractors and engineering partners (design, construction, commissioning)
• Track progress against baseline, run critical path analysis, and flag delays and discrepancies to the Project Manager
• Assess the schedule impact of risks and help shape mitigation plans
• Work with cost control to extract contractual milestones and produce cash flow and invoice forecasts
• Provide 4–6 week look-ahead schedules and Excel trackers for detailed tasks
• Report through MS Project Online, prepare status reports and resource forecasts, and present schedule updates at gate reviews and governance meetings

• Expert-level MS Project, MSP Online and Primavera
• Confidence in challenging contractors and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of qualification and validation phases (OQ/PQ/PPQ) is a strong advantage
