Job summary

KLA is hiring a Project Controls Manager in Milpitas, CA to own cost, schedule and contracts for capital projects. You’ll coordinate with the Global Workplace Services and Finance teams to deliver monthly and quarterly executive reporting and ensure project funding alignment.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in construction project controls, strong Oracle Primavera and Procore experience, and a background in microelectronics or pharma facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; masters preferred.
• 8+ years in commercial/industrial construction project controls (cost, schedule, estimating).
• Experience in microelectronic or pharmaceutical industries with cleanrooms knowledge.
• Experience in related industries acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and contracts for all capital projects.
• Coordinate executive reporting (Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews).
• Issue project-level and portfolio reports.
• Support long-range planning and funding decisions.
• Assist bid solicitation, tabulation, evaluation and award.
• Manage consultants/contractors.
• Onsite presence 3 days per week; travel ~20%.
