Responsibilities

• Gérer les coûts, le reporting, les risques et les changements.
• Travailler avec des clients majeurs dans le secteur de la construction.
• Contribuer au contrôle des programmes des projets commercial.

Central London (office-based)
£60k-£80k + package

I'm working with a top-tier construction consultancy in London that's looking for a Senior Project Controls Manager to join their growing PMO team.

You'll work with major corporate occupier clients across sectors, managing cost, reporting, risk, change, and programme controls. Projects are largely commercial fit-out, so some RIBA/AIA stage knowledge would be great.

What they're looking for:

• Strong experience in project controls / PMO




• Background in construction of buildings or fit-out




• Confident dealing with clients and consultants at senior level
