• Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects and tenders.
• Manage a team of planning professionals, providing development and leadership.

• Support the project’s contribution to net zero carbon goals by proactively managing emissions and reductions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of scheduling tools and software.
• Stay updated with industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving and management skills.
• Degree in construction, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Membership in professional bodies such as APM, RICS, CIOB, etc. (desirable).
• Extensive experience in project planning, especially in property or infrastructure sectors.
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of sustainability and carbon considerations in project management.
