Job summary

Soben, a leading construction consultancy now part of Accenture, seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead Schedule, Cost Reporting and Earned Value across major EPC projects in the EMEA region. The role spans strategy, execution, and governance with extensive stakeholder engagement.

You will develop baselines, manage reporting cadences, and ensure alignment with client requirements. The role offers growth, international exposure, and delivery of complex capital projects on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years' project planning experience
• A recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering
• Sound knowledge of project planning principles, methodologies, and tools
• Support all phases of project execution, particularly around schedule development, progress measurement/reporting, and earned value

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and monthly schedules, cost reports, portfolio reports, and customer reports for projects
• Produce weekly/monthly reports with progress, actuals, forecast and variance explanations
• Support a regional project planning team across offices and sites
• Use planning IT systems to provide reliable reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with Product Line and Project Execution teams to align schedules with scope and strategy
• Develop and maintain progress and earned value measurement systems for multiple disciplines
• Improve capabilities of the regional team to meet business needs
• Coordinate with global teams to share resources and best practices
• Lead a project controls team on mega projects
• Follow client standard processes for reporting and deliverables
• Perform additional duties as assigned
