Job summary

Infraspec in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to lead schedules, cost management, and risk mitigation across major infrastructure projects. You will use Primavera P6 and MS Project to develop and maintain schedules, monitor budgets, analyse variances, and report on progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in project controls, especially in engineering or construction.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and earned value management (EVM).
• Strong communication and cost/schedule/risk analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project control frameworks and processes.
• Maintain project control systems throughout the lifecycle.
• Create, monitor, and update schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts, analyse variances, and recommend actions.
• Prepare reports on progress, risk and financial health for stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation and collaboration with teams and clients.
