Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent.
• Seven years’ relevant experience in linear infrastructure delivery.
• Strong infrastructure project and programme delivery expertise.
• Proven commercial acumen and senior stakeholder management.
• Experienced leader with sustainability awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive project controls service including reporting.
• Manage safe, compliant delivery promoting inclusion and wellbeing.
• Develop PMO and project controls frameworks.
• Manage teams across cost, schedule, risk and reporting.
• Mentor teams and drive knowledge-sharing.
