Job summary

Mace is seeking a Project Controls/PMO professional to manage month-end reporting across a large energy-related project in the UK. You will produce accurate dashboards, manage governance, and support the delivery team with insightful progress updates.

You will collaborate with project managers and senior leaders to improve reporting processes, maintain archives, and drive adoption of improved controls. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls or PMO environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify updates for senior levels.
• Knowledge of reporting, risk, cost, schedule and change management.
• Interest in developing a career in project controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for month-end reports across portfolio, programme and PMO.
• Produce accurate, timely project reporting and ensure suggestions are implemented.
• Support governance, change control and baseline management activities.
• Coordinate development of dashboards with Power BI/technical experts.
• Influence adoption of new reporting processes and tools across the programme.
• Maintain reporting archive folders and files.
• Liaise with Project Managers and senior leaders to support delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and project controls performance.
• Provide project controls support to the PM and delivery team.
• Organise governance forums and project meetings.
• Maintain project calendar and reporting schedule.
• Attend key meetings and capture actions and decisions.
• Track actions/escalations and ensure timely completion.
