Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on high value projects. You will define scope, establish a WBS, and work with the Integrated Project Team to set up a robust performance baseline and change control processes.

The role requires experience in regulated sectors, end-to-end project controls across lifecycle, and ability to work with stakeholders to drive delivery decisions. On-site collaboration and UK travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a technical or management field is required or equivalent experience.
• Membership in a professional body such as APM or PMI is preferred.
• Experience delivering projects in regulated sectors (defence or infrastructure) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-discipline Project Controls teams on high risk, high complexity, and high value projects or programmes.
• Define scope with exclusions, interfaces and dependencies and decompose to establish a Work Breakdown Structure.
• Collaborate with the Integrated Project Team to set up a robust Performance Measurement Baseline and manage change control.
