Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is recruiting a Project Controls Engineer Senior to lead advanced project controls across a major megaproject on the UK coast. You will drive programme, productivity and time/cost controls using Earned Value Management, reporting to the PMO and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years in project controls on complex infrastructure, relevant qualifications, and hands-on experience with PRISM, Unifier and InEight.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience in project controls on mega infrastructure projects.
• APM PMQ or equivalent credential.
• Relevant undergraduate degree.
• Hands-on experience with contract, cost and EVM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced project controls strategy for programme, productivity and EVM.
• Ensure control aligns with safety, quality, time and cost parameters.
• Support the PMO Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with sectional teams to implement project controls systems.
• Lead development and reporting of earned value management.
