Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a growing technology-focused business in Southampton to recruit a Senior Project Controller who will bridge finance, operations, and project delivery across international projects.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 remote) with flexi-hours, a strong benefits package including pension and private medical cover, and a clear path to influence performance and investment appraisal across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Experience in project controlling, financial analysis, or project accounting is desirable.
• NetSuite experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting across multiple projects.
• Build strong relationships with project managers to monitor progress and risk.
• Conduct variance and profitability analysis to support performance reviews.
• Contribute to strategic planning, commercial reviews, and investment appraisal.
• Support finance process improvements and project audits.
