Job summary

Gattaca is seeking multiple Project Controllers/Planners in Stevenage, England to support a growing portfolio of complex programmes within a highly regulated engineering environment. You will contribute to robust planning and controls, delivering high-quality schedules and performance reporting.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise and strong EVM capability, with exposure to cost forecasting, risk analysis and governance across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls across full lifecycle
• Essential: Primavera P6 expertise and EVM capability
• Strong planning and governance experience required
• Ability to develop and maintain integrated schedules (WBS/CBS/OBS)

Responsibilities

• Maintain project performance visibility, integrity and delivery assurance
• Validate assessments, risks and issues and escalate
• Lead schedule validation and assurance; develop high-quality integrated schedules (Primavera P6)
• Own baseline management and alignment with programme objectives
• Analyse costs to complete and EAC; apply EVM techniques to track performance
• Lead Schedule Risk Analysis and scenario modelling
• Generate insights on cost, schedule and resource performance
• Contribute to bid activities with robust planning and controls
• Work with SAP, Oracle, Unifier or similar project toolsets
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Involvement in EAC/Forecast Cost at Completion processes
• Perform risk and opportunity modelling including what-if scenarios
• Operate in highly regulated or complex programmes
