Job summary

Gattaca is seeking multiple Project Controllers / Project Planners to support a growing portfolio of complex, high-value programmes. The roles offer career progression within a collaborative environment and exposure to sophisticated programme delivery frameworks.

Candidates should have strong Planning/Project Controls experience, with Primavera P6 expertise and EVM capability, to develop within a structured, high-performing project setting.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and controls experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency is essential.
• Experience applying EVM principles and analysis.
• Ability to develop WBS, CBS and OBS.

Responsibilities

• Validate project assessments and identify risks, issues, and performance concerns.
• Assure schedules align with planning standards and governance.
• Develop and maintain integrated Primavera P6 schedules.
• Own baseline schedules and governance alignment with objectives.
• Analyse Costs to Complete and EAC using EVM.
• Lead Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and scenario modelling.
• Generate insights on cost, schedule and resource performance.
• Support bid activities with robust planning and controls from outset.
