Job summary

Gattaca seeks multiple Project Controllers / Project Planners to support a growing portfolio of complex, high-value programmes. The role offers progression within a collaborative environment and exposure to sophisticated programme delivery frameworks.

Ideal candidates will have strong Planning / Project Controls experience, with Primavera P6 expertise and EVM capability, looking to develop within a structured project environment across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Advanced planning/controls experience across full project lifecycle.
• Proven Primavera P6 expertise essential.
• Demonstrated ability to apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
• Experience building and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Experience with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) and OBS.
• Strong Schedule Risk Analysis and Critical Path capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate project assessments, identifying risks, issues and performance concerns.
• Lead validation and assurance of project schedules to ensure alignment with planning standards.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules using Primavera P6.
• Own and maintain baseline schedules aligned with programme objectives and governance.
• Analyse Costs to Complete and Estimate at Completion (EAC) with EVM focus.
• Apply Earned Value Management techniques to track performance.
• Lead Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), scenario modelling and critical path assessments.
• Generate insights across cost, schedule and resource performance and ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to bid activities, embedding robust planning and controls from the outset.
