Mace is seeking a PMO and project controls professional to support designated commissions within its planning and control framework. The role emphasizes delivering performance reporting, developing PMO strategies, and aligning activities with client requirements while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage PMO and project controls performance on assigned commissions under supervision.
• Develop and implement PMO framework/strategy for commissions.
• Build strong relationships with client representatives and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly reports and deliver performance reporting/reviews.
• Develop PMO methodologies including EVM.
• Coordinate integration of PMO and planning disciplines (risk & planning).
• Align PMO activity with Mace control centre and client requirements.
• Support net zero carbon transition and manage emissions during delivery.

Managing and coordinating a range of PMO and project controls services to support designated projects within the PMO and planning centre of excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing a range of PMO and project controls performance on an assigned commissions under supervision and mentorship of more senior PMO, project controls or project/programme management professionals assigned to that commission.
• Developing the effective implementation of PMO and project controls framework/strategy on assigned commissions.
• Actively develops internal and external stakeholder relationships building strong professional relationships with client/client representatives.
• Contributing to the preparation of monthly reports and the facilitation and delivery of performance reporting and reviews.
• Recommending and developingPMO and project controls methodologies including EVM.
• Managing the integration of all PMO and planning disciplines including risk management and planning.
• Improving the alignment of all PMO and project controls activity to the Mace control centre, client requirements and other legislation.
• Providing comprehensive technical expertise in support of PMO and project controls performance.
• Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

• Experience supporting the delivery of a range of PMO and project controls services.
• APM planning and project controls (PPC) foundation and practitioner.
• Relevant university degree (e.g. construction, engineering) (or equivalent).
• Progress towards achievement of chartered status (or equivalent) and/or membership of a relevant professional institution e.g. association of project managers.
