Job description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Consultant specialising in Estates Strategy & Asset Management based in Preston. You will play a senior role within the consultancy team, leading key projects that provide strategic healthcare estates advice, robust business cases, and effective programme and project management solutions. Working alongside local NHS systems and wider public sector partners, you will help shape estates strategies that support long-term service delivery and community needs.

Responsibilities

Leading client engagements to develop and implement effective estates strategies and asset management initiatives. Overseeing feasibility studies, delivering consultancy advice, developing business cases, conducting asset reviews, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders from various sectors to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Expertise in Estates Strategy, Asset Management, and Facilities Management
  • Experience in conducting feasibility studies, asset reviews, and creating comprehensive business cases
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management capabilities
  • Excellent client engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction, civil engineering, or property development sectors is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Project Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a similar discipline
  • Professional certifications related to Project Management or Asset Management are advantageous
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver results within deadlines
